Not a chance!
Some simple mathematics explains why:
The population of Japan is over 127 million. Let's say that 5% of those people might want to get their hands on a PS3 as soon as they can. So there are over 6 million potential customers in Japan. On Saturday, Sony released just 100,000 PS3's into the Japanese market. That means that, roughly, for every one person who managed to buy a PS3, 63 were disappointed. With that many people waiting in Japan, what are the chances of any PS3's 'escaping' to Europe? I'd say that they must be nil.
Additionally, Sony are determined to block all exports of the PS3, from Japan to Europe, prior to the European release of the product next year:
