No Internet Connection?

Just got a new wireless network in place through Talk Talk but the problem is my partner can't access the internet under his own user account for some reason.

Mine's fine and works great and he has to go into my accont, logs out and back into his account but why can't he just access it when he logs in to his own acct? he's finding it abit frustrating!

If anyone can shed some light, I'd be very grateful!!
