Backing Up

I know it is there somewher, but where can I find the Back-up facility on my PC. I want to back up my C drive onto CD. I am sure I have done this before without needing to use a third party programme
How do I use Winzip to help do this? Thanx in advance

Go to start menu - programs - accessories - system tools - back-up.

Thanx woodchopper, but on XP after System Tools there is no "Backup" link.
The mystery continues!!
