Which free sms service through my PC?

Does anyone know where I can get a decent free sms service where I can send messages to people's mobile phones through my PC? I have been using http://www.cbfsms.com/ but it's rubbish as it keep;s saying an error has occured even through they boast that thier services have improved? Many thanks.
