My broadband connection drops whenever i get a phonecall at the same time i am online. I have called the helpline and replaced my microfilter, but it stills drops. I have spoken to several staff but i regret to say i dont always catch what they are saying. How can i get someone to call to the house - or is that impossible?
I knew someone who had a similar problem and he contacted BT. They were willing to come out to his house to check his phone line but if the problem was not a fault of BT he would be charged �80.
