full cache

googlemail is telling me my browsers cache is full, it gives me directions to empty it - going to internet options and deleting temporary files, but every time i try it crashes the computer. anyone got any ideas?

Goto:

C:\Documents and Settings\YourProfile\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Delete all the files in here. If you cannot see this folder make sure you are showing hidden files because it is hidden by default.

i got as far as c:\documents and settings\my profile and then there was no local settings thing

Like I said before, make sure you are showing hidden files.

Double click my computer --> Tools --> Folder Options, then click the view tab. Make sure you select to show hidden files then click ok.
