Laptop keyboard

I have just purchased a new laptop, but I am having some problems with the keyboard. A few of the sybol keys are mixed up, for example, when i press the @ symbol, I get a ' instead. Is there any way I can fix this?

Find the control panel and in the regional settings make sure the region (or locale) is the UK and you are using a UK keyboard.
