If I download videos from Bearshare I only have the sound and no picture, anyone know what I`m doing wrong?

You may be lacking the video codecs to properly display the video. Try downloading the codec from www.divx.com.

sorry, I know i must sound stupid, have downloaded divx now but how do I move the film from my bearshare library to divx

No you dont, it should play, or get the file and play it in realplayer or Windows Media, I have BS and it is almost certainly a DIVX Codec problem
