Thanx anthompson for host file info. not tried it yet but this looks like a very helpul website about it with download and everything about ad blocking. Should i try this against doubleclick instead of currently ineffective popupstopper? do i use their long address i.e. http://ad.uk.doubleclick.net/ad/N1238.advivanetwor
k.quantum/B1208147.3;sz=200x200;ord=20030816212109? or is this short form better? http://ad.uk.doubleclick.net/ and do i need that final foward slash? probably not, right? So it's 0.0.0.0 coupla spaces and http://ad.uk.doubleclick.net right? and save as hosts with no extension? to my 98 Windows folder.
