Interactive DVD

Has anyone else got the Little Britain DVD quiz, I got my son it for Christmas but it keeps on freezing every now and again, sometimes even half way through the quiz. When it happens I cant even switch my dvd player off with the remote, I have to do it from the mains. Anyone else have the same problem? Thanks.

it might be something to do with the actual dvd player so put in another dvd and see how it plays, change the batteries in the remote and if all else fails.. take it back for an exchange or refund. sorry I haven't got the dvd so I can't help you there!! Lou x

The actual DVD player seems to be fine, we tried another quiz in it and it worked. Someone else on amazon said they had the same problem. Stupidly we didnt keep the receipt and we got it about 2 months ago so I dont think we could get a refund.

well alot of shops as it's christmas don't really bother asking for receipts. go into your local smiths and tell them you bought it for your son and it's faulty, explain why and they'll exchange it for you either for another one or something of the same value. just make sure you tell them you bought it from them, otherwise they won't do it. I don't know what's happening, I can only say that the same thing happens to me!

My brother bougth the same game a few weeks ago and brought it up to my house one night. We tried to play it three times and every time we got to round 5, the flippin' thing froze and I had to switch off the DVD player.

He tried it on his own player later that night and it works fine.

perhaps it's got something to do with the age of your dvd player? maybe some of the newer interactive dvd games won't work properly with older players??

yes ive got the same problem,My dvd is brand new so it should be ok,I played the game deal or no deal in it and had the same thing happening as you.I dont know what the problem is. If i find out ill let you know ,or if you find out maybe you could do the same for me.
