i am unable to use any of the functions on the motorola phone tools after it has been loaded onto my pc with the cd rom recived with the package...it has all loaded, but the phone shown on the desktop id still showing as initialising..

is anyone aware of a known fault with this or how long it takes to initialise

i have followed the instructions correctly and my my pc has the correct system rquirements
