phone message .

I sent a picture message to a friend and her phone came up that she had a message. When she went into messages it said something like go to www. etc to view..Does anyone know why it didn't just show in the messages. Sorry if this is not too clear as we were only discussing on the phone and my friend was not too sure what it meant

I guess she does not hava picture phone. And the message tells her to view the picture on www.etc
