for a couple of days WD has been sending an update to install. I have accepted but it still keeps coming - any ideas why please?

It's an error never to be expected when updating Microsoft products!!

Could be your version is out of date, download the final release from Microsoft

thanks for the reply fiesata - its still happening today
I did look at the website before contacting AB and I think you are right about my version possibly being out of date. It instructed removing the current version before downloading new - would you endorse that or is it not necessary?
