On my works computer I keep getting a grey box pop up randomly but about 20 times a day (I think it something from windows as it is grey with a blue outline)! This is what it says Upgrader:Upgrader.exe-Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point @ TPopupPanelItem@SetIsDefaultItem$qqro could not be located in the dynamic link library PNDCTRLA.BPL. The only option is to click OK then it goes away for about half an hour. Does anyone know what this is, why it is happening, how I stop it. Thanks in advance

A BPL file is a special kind of DLL from Borland. It sounds as if you have a program written in one of the Borland languages (Delphi for example) which has an out of date library. What applications do you have running at the time? Does your company have any custom-written software?
This is your panda security software trying to update.

Open it up and try to update it yourself.

suggests that PNDCTRLA.BPL is a DLL for Panda AntiVirus Titanium 2004 - I would suggest it's trying to run some message to ask if you want to update the software version, but can't because it can't run the code in the DLL library file.
