top up tv anytime problems!

My husband and I bought a Top up tv anytime box at reduced rate as we were current top up tv customers.
We had it delivered a month ago and we still have no anyitme channels at all.It constantly freezes up and top up tv are telling us to do things that don't even work.
I have phoned them 3 times and we were told this problem would be sorted on the 8th january do to software problem.
What we want to know is.Is there many people out there having the same problem?
My parents are having the same trouble.We wondered how many more of you out there are experiencing this.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.hi i to have been having the same problems with topup tv if you turn box of and on, then keep your finger down on the standby button on the remote you will see that the box flash s a lot while its flashing press a numbered button eg 1 this sometimes turns the box on, as for text and subtitles well thats anyone guess,its never worked, poor service and if you want to send box back you have to take to post office and pay for it your self..cancel the product and switch to sky basic or ntl basic it works out at the same price...
