The .dll does not come up with any hits but the advchk.exe has: "Advchk.exe (Symantec) Advanced Tools Check. Background task which is part of Norton System Works and Norton Utilities. Although we are not 100% sure about it, we believe it to be a background task which periodically checks back with the Symantec site for the latest updates to the utilities (the Advanced Tools) which are part of Norton System Works and Norton Utilities."
