Start --> Programs --> Microsoft Office --> Tools/ Access/ Excel/etc BUT Word has disappeared (it was there!)
Instead Word has appeared as a shortcut on the Desktop!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If you right click the Start button in the bottom right hand corner and Click on "Explore all users" this should take you to where the general icons in the All Programs menu are held. If you cut the icon on the desktop you can paste it back in the menu.
If the other office icons are not in All Users then click on Explore on right click which takes you to the user's Program menu.
