Recently my browser has started to show keywords (car, computer, travel etc) highlighted in yellow, with a link to a search engine (1stblaze). Has anyone else had this happen, how did it happen, and most importantly, how can I get rid of it please? I object strongly to this, but feel pretty helpless. Thanks for any help or advice.

you have spyware on your machine. to get rid of it get adaware (its a free download) from http://www.lavasoft.de/
An even better programme is Spybot which can be downloaded from CNET as can Adaware and can be run in addition to Adaware. Its surprising how much each one detects that the other one hasn`t.
