I have spyzooka and ad -aware,what else do i neep to protect myself?

AVG anti virus, free download from http://www.grisoft.com/doc/1

Youll also need a firewall. I suggest (for free) kerio personal firewall. With what you have, what ratter15 said and a firewall, youll be fine. Just use common sense on the net (check all email attachments, regular AV scans etc...) and youll be fine.
