Is there an easy way of creating a screen saver that's a flag [fluttering in the wind] that moves around the screen?

You can then browse to the bitmap (bmp) file of your choice to use as the flag using the "Texture" button. The same screensaver might be available in WIn 98 and ME but I can't remember.
