can anyone tell the standard cost of an email against the standard cost of sending a fax (both from a business) - come on you Tefal Heads, can I make a substantial cost saving here??

There is no cost per email. The service is included with the cost of your internet / isp. Surely fax is the same price as a phone call of the same duration.

Email is free. There are some internet fax provider that is free. But if you want security better choose the paid one.
