autosum button

my autosum button has gone from excel any ideas on how to retreive it tia sam xx

You can use the key combination 'Alt' + '=' instead (hold down the 'Alt' key and press the '=' key).

I am using EXCEL 2003.

At the far right of the Standard toolbar there should be a wee down arrow (this is your toolbar options) - click on this and select Add or Remove Buttons then Standard - Now tick the Autosum box.
