Does anyone know if/how I can forward my address book to another computer?
If not, then how can I copy it to say - a Word document

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If you have XP, then there is a utility in your accesories/system tools folder called files and settings transfer wizard. That will not only save your addressbook, but also your internet settings, favourites, and you can even make it save your files. It is self-explanatory.
If you have an earlier Windows, I believe the addressbook is stored in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft if my memory serves me right. Just save it to a CD or floppy, and put it on your desktop on the new computer. Then Open outlook express and through the filetab you can navigete to import the addressbook.

The first question is what program are you using for your e-mails? If it is outlook express full information is given here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670/en-us?s pid=2578&sid=global What you want to do is to 'export' the address book from the old computer and 'import' the address book to the new computer.
