Bebo Skins

Any Bebo experts available? I've downloaded a skin from http://www.beboskinz.com/, unzipped it and uploaded it to my profile. I can preview it with no problems but when I click on 'Use this skin' I get the dreaded 'http 404' error. I've tried with Firefox and other skins from other sites but I get a similar message again. Any suggestions?
