How can I disable network logon prompt?

when i start win98 i get a prompt asking me to logon with a user name and password, win98 won't finish loading until i press enter. how can i turn this off?

Right-click "Network Neighborhood" icon on the desktop > properties and under Primary Network Logon change it from "Client for Microsoft Networks" to "Windows Logon". Reboot.
