Sky digital.

Hi, I have just had Sky digital installed and now my internet is running really slowly [it's Bulldog...so it wasn't very fast to begin with!!!] Is this because of the Sky?

Hi, Have you got your Sky box plugged into the phone line? It's normal procedure for a new installation. If you have, the chances are you've not got a DSL filter fitted where the Sky box plugs in - that may be the problem. Just plug the filter into the phone socket and the Sky box into the filter.
