I have sold nearly all my goods, and received payment, BUT it says 3 of my items are eligible for Second Chance Offers, for the person who bid next highest, all 3 items have actually been paid for, why is it saying this? Its not on the other 7 items i have sold and received payment for?

Second chance offers are in case you were scammed or the person hasnt paid for the item.
Then you can offer the item to the other bidder all bids can have a second chance offer .
it musnt of shown up on the other items
The other 7 items probably sold on opening bid. If you have more than 1 of any item, you now have the option of giving a "second chance offer" to the next highest bidder. I have in the past had several identical items, listed and sold one for 5.20, the next highest bid was 5 so I could sell another one to that bidder. There are tutorials about all these things on ebay, Happy selling!
