jHymn does that, and has a few fringe benefits.

jHymn is (old too, but nevermind) for DRM'd AAC files.

If they're just normal AAC (another name for mpeg4) files, then iTunes will convert them for you:

1) goto edit->preferences, and to advanced->import. Choose to import as mp3 files, not AAC.
2) highlight the files you want to convert, right-click one, and choose 'convert selection to mp3'.

after the download is complete run it but you after couple step will pop up some extra download but click X on all of them if u dont want them Except Media coder since that what u really need to have to Convert Mpeg to Mp3 and Last thing as well when your clicking your first X Cancel okay it might go down on below the icon areas like by the updates (!) like that so make sure you click that to show the download again and resume the keep it on but just cancel all them and click okay to cancel as well except for Media coder
