"Process Based Training" helps end users to understand how a system "thinks," thereby increasing the user's productivity and the likelihood that they will engage in continuous improvement by suggesting new, improved, and more efficient ways to use the system. In addition, "Process Based Training" increases business efficiency by demonstrating to users how their actions directly affect other users across the system.
