Is there a website that would help me work abroad in Europe (permanently) in an office-based job? I speak only English and currently work as a credit controller. Many thanks.

Have you thought about Gibraltar, or the Channel Islands?
Do a search on Yahoo or similar, and play around with different keywords on the search engine. You might be surprised at what is available. Another idea is the various chambers of commerce - they are usually very helpful. Narrow down your choices of destinations and focus on them. Import and export knowledge may be a direction for investigation. Wade World Trade provides a good start for global contacts in business. Good luck
