webcam help needed.

can anyone please tell me why when i try to fix my webcam up to my pc,it keeps saying "media power hub exceeded,what do i need to do or buy?any help appreciated.

Hi.

It sounds like you need a powered USB Hub. Are you plugging it into the computers USB Socket? Your cam is maybe drawing too much power off the motherboard. Buy a USB Hub that you plug in. It should work fine then.
