Gameport to USB Adaptor

Hi.

Is there such a thing as a Gameport to USB Adaptor. I have just purchase a Flight Yoke for flight sims on Ebay but it has the Gameport connector , which my PC does not have.

i bought one of these and then discovered it does not work with
