To display hidden folders do as follows.
In the window showing your folders select the Tools menu then Folder Options.
Select the View tab.
In the list of options select "Show Hidden Files and Folders".
You may also need to select "Display content of system folders".
Save you changes and you should be able to see the folders you want.

Easiest way to view the Temporary Internet Files is to do it within IE.
On IE7 select Tools then Internet Options.
Under Browsing History select Settings.
Then on the window that is displayed select View Files
This opens your Temporary Internet Files folder.
It is similar on IE6 but slightly different.
