my comp wiped, i was wondering if the songs i downloaded of itunes i will be able to get back without having to repay?! thanks!

If you have them on your iPod then you should be able to i'd have thought. If you've totally lost them, then no they're gone forever and you've lost your money. Don't buy from any store that uses DRM.

try using a file recovery software, your files are still there.
