keyboard accident.. oops

ok. I'm an idiot. I Spilled some cola on my keyboard and now it won't work. How do i fix it without having to spend a load on money on a new one? It's a G4 Apple Mac extended pro thingy...

Hi, Your best bet would be to rinse with distilled water, (or alcohol, so that it evaporates) and leaving it for about 3 days to dry out. sorry other than that you may have to buy a new one.

try opening it up and washing it down as heardy says with alcohol or spraying with wd40 and wiping with a soft brush--good quality brush which wont loose hairs--eg high quality soft shaving brush--leave it til cleaner has evaporated and repeat if it still looks sticky/dirty--when satisfied reassemble and hope--don't forget the underside of the actual keys
