replacement sky remote

i bought a replacemet sky remote (compatible) from ebay and i can't get it to program to work sky box even though i have followed instructions provided. It is working the channels but i can't get tv guide or any other sky pages. I have tried various websites such as satcure, and satalogue but to no avail can anyone help?

Not sure why you bothered to buy a replacement remote control from ebay.

You can buy them from Comet, Currys, and almost any other shop that sells TVs.

They are only about �15.00 (or �25 for a Sky+ one)

Then you could have taken it back if it did not work.
