Who's been in my e-mail account?

The last 2 recorded visits to my e-maill account were in the middle of the night whilst I was sleeping. The recorded IP addresses are both different but trace back to the same source. One entry says it was via HTTP and the other via POP3. Both adresses trace to fdial.global.net.uk. Who or what is fdial ? ...... and is there any way I can tell who is getting in to my mail account ?

Don't know, but I'd change your password if I were you and if it's an easy password change it to a difficult, random one!!

How did you find out that these visits were made? Is it a particular account or is this available on any ( ie Hotmail) account?
