I have been googling - can only find printers that are NOT vista compatible.

The printers must be out there, but I've given up. Try phoning PCWorld and see if they can recommend any makes/models.

Or look at the makers websites - hp, epson, canon and so on.

Lexmark don't seem to have anything at all in the pipeline.

It is not that the PRINTER work work, more that there are no Vista printer drivers.

You need to find one that has drivers for Vista.

Actually if we are going to try and be technically correct it is the printer that won't work (The printer is the driver / software). The hardware is actually the Print Device.

just to let you know though not yet tried it myself, when i went into pc world as i had probs with my new vista laptop, i enquired about connecting my printer. i have a canon pixma ip1500. the guy showed me how to download from canons website so that my printer would be upgraded/compatible. not tried it yet, been sorting out so much other stuff on it, would certainly not recommend buying at the minute, its a living nightmare!!!
