is the COA the same as the product key? As in 25 characters in total?

There are different variations of COA but those that have the 25-character product key should also have "Product Key" printed before the code.

ok. There are several numbers on the sticker. I just wanna know if the COA number is the one thats 25 characters or not.

Basically I bought an Acer computer in december which came with a leaflet explaining that I can get an Express Upgrade to Windows Vista. I must redeem my upgrade option by submitting to them a claim, providing the operating system's COA S/N and proof of purchase. So thats why Im asking about the COA.
