flashing?

My printer keeps flashing its lights and I am not sure why. It is switched off at the back, why is it doing this, it is really beginning to bug me. have switched it on and off at socket too but to no avail. It is a Lexmark E232, any ideas?

you could try reinstalling the printer , or you can reset it to factory settings. if you don't have your user manual then look here
