I have a trojun horse virus on my computer, and my AVG anti virus software cant remove it. what can i do ?

what is the Trojan Horse called?

Actually - go here http://www.trojanscan.com find out the name of the Trojan then go here http://symantec.com and search for the name of the Trojan and you will be able to attain a removal tool for it.
