Does anyone know how to download the telephone numbers on this phone onto a computer? I have the USB cables, etc. but don't seem to be able to make any headway. Thanks in advnace.

Tried this a thousand times with my k750i and W810i with no luck, I've bought a bluetooth USB Dongle and transfer like that, much easier.

I use My Phone Explorer, down load from www.fjsoft.at/en/ then you have an option to download numbers to MS word.
