tone changes on my samsung

I have a samsung D900 and I wnat to remove the keypad tones. however, when i go to the sound settings the tone section is grey and cannot be selected. I have reset the factory settings , but it is still is unselectable. pleas ehelp as I need to tuen off the keypad tones as I cannot use sound at work. thanks

ok,this sounds stupid but believe me. go to menu--settings--display settings--dialling display --and change this to normal ( your will be set at theme ) and then save. now go back to sound settings and you will be able to access keypad tones. hope this helps.
