AOL keeps popping up and asking if I want to install Adobe Flash Player. Is it safe and should I install it? The popups are now getting on my nerves, I feel like saying "Oh go on then" just to get rid of them !

It's perfectly safe. Many websites won't display properly in your browser without the latest version of Flash. Go ahead and install it.
