Broadband with a router connection
4 Answers
My daughter is about to cancel her cable telephone and broadband connection. She is reverting to BT and TalkTalk broadband. She has 3 computers linked by a router which at present works very well. She has been told by a 'friend' that this system will not be successful with TalkTalk. Has she been misinformed? Please help. Thank you in advance.

You need to buy an ASDL router.
If you see this page from PC World, the routers (top left) are divided into ASDL routers and Cable Routers

I can recommend this one:

She can probably sell the other on ebay and get at least half what she pays for the above/similar for.
