Microsoft Clip Art

For years I've had no problem downloading Microsoft Clip Art, but a hitch seems to have arisen and it won't complete the operation. I have Windows XP and go through the usual process of selecting clips and clicking download, which seems to work alright, but then comes the dialog box saying the clips are being installed but nothing happens. Does anyone else have this problem or perhaps can suggest what has gone wrong? Many thanks for any advice.

Try deleting your temporary internet files before downloading:
