Bit of a long shot this, but I'm looking for a download that will allow me to automatically reload/refresh my browser window at regular intervals, ideally at 10 second or so intervals, without my intervention.

Does such a program exist?

At the moment I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.3 and I'm wondering if there's an add-on that will do the job.

Thanks.

easy peasey chamois, load Avant browser which is IE based but better by far and the tabs have an auto refresh option when you right click on them and you can set the refresh rate to anything from 10 seconds to 15 minutes and everything in-between. (How DO you spell inbetween?)
Firefox does it already! Right-click the page, and the option is there at the top of the context menu.

Thanks both.

I like the Avant browser suggestion camioneur and I'll install it tomorrow. All the same, I was hoping there was something similar in Firefox.

fo3nix, I've tried right-clicking on the page and the only relevant option I see is to "reload". This performs exactly the same function as the blue partial circle on the header toolbar, ie it's a manual reload. What I was looking for was something to reload the page periodically automatically without me having to click on an icon or menu etc.
In Firefox, directly under Reload, is Reload every...
Click ing on this will give you a whole range of automatic refresh intervals to choose from, plus a custom setting.
well it isn't on my Firefox so what's the difference between yours and mine I wonder. all i've got on mine is reload tab or reload all tabs, no mention of Reload every....
I think you need this add-on -

Reload Every

LostSheep you've cracked it - that was exactly what I was looking for and it's working great. Thank you.

Rojash, perhaps you installed the add-on yourself without knowing? The menu is exactly as you describe.

Thank you all again.
Strange, I have the exact same menu as rojash.

It may be Tab Mix Plus that gives you the menu too. I don't have the 'reload every' add-on installed, but I do have Tab Mix Plus.
