Problem when printing Word Documents

Whenever I print a Microsoft Word (2000) document the last section of eachpage e.g. page number, page border or footer is missing from the printout, how do I change my settings so I get a complete printout?

Do a print preview before you print and check that what you are seeing matches what is getting printed. If it does then you may resolve the problem by adjusting the size of the bottom margin or the distance of the footer from the edge of the page. You should also check that you have the correct paper size and orientation selected. If the problem persists then it may be that your printer is incorrectly configured and you should run through the configurartion wizard for the printer that you have.
Go to File...Page Set Up. Under the margins tab you can adjust how big a margin you want at the top, bottom, left and right of your page. Under the paper tab you can check that you have the right paper and orientation selected. Under the layout tab you can adjust how far you want the header and footer to be from the edge of the page. Remember to have 'apply to whole document selected'. Just paly around wuth these settings until you get a print preview that looks correct.
