I have just changed my 2 x 128 100mhz sdram for 1x 512 133 sdram, and it pc keeps crashing and throwing up errors, my OS is ME,the motherboard says it supports 100/133mhz and upto 1.5G of sdram. the only diffrence is that the new ram says 'non parity' anyone any idea.
I think you may have a bad memory module: it is very common. Bad memory throws up all sorts of odd problems and it is very frustrating: I'd get a refund. BTW, if your mainboard did not support non-parity memory, it would not boot al all (non-parity means that the memory is not ECC or error correcting code memory. ECC is higher spec memory usually used in servers as it contains logic designed to correct memory errors).
