With the memory card for my phone there came a microSD trans flash adapter. What use is this for? I have a slot on my pc that takes it but what is its use? Thanks in advance!

Just more memory. You can store songs and pictures on the memory card. Most SD slots don't cake microSD so the adapter is to let you use a microSD in the SD slot.
